Creighton Farms' $11,000,000 clubhouse is opening this March and its new 120 seat restaurant and bar needs experienced servers looking to establish this upscale restaurant as one of the area's finest.
You'll be working with an experienced management and kitchen team that is poised to make Creighton Farms Northern Virginia's number one private club. The restaurant will offer an upscale American Bistro Style menu and has an excellent wine program.
We offer competitive compensation and club policy mandates an automatic 20% gratuity on ALL checks. Additional gratuities are at the discretion of the customers.
Requirements:
Servers are responsible for restaurant service including lunch, dinner, and all day bar menus. In addition to lunch, dinner, and bar service, servers are also responsible for daily setup, breakdown, and cleaning in all food and beverage areas. Golf outings and special events require additional banquet setup, service, and clean up responsibilities.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Must be eligible under Virginia ABC laws to serve alcohol.
Previous server experience is required.

The high end atmosphere at the club promotes a service culture where attention to detail is valued. Construction is complete on a new 30,000 square foot clubhouse that is set to open this winter. The clubhouse will include a grill room, pub, pro shop, 9 guest rooms, a fitness center, and locker room facilities.
