General Summary: Conducts guided tours of Holy Cross Hospital to include the admission process and the maternal and child health area. Promotes Holy Cross Health services to the obstetrical client. Support the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital. Minimum Requirements: High shcool diploma or equivalent (two years of college preferred). One year previous experience in a perinatal work environment or as an nursing student. Speaks clearly with excellent command of the English language (bi-lingual abilities in Spanish appreciated). Communicates well and effectively with others. Has knowledge of medical terminology. Able to demonstrate the use of medical equipment. Experienced bilingual candidates, who, in addition to English, are fluent in speaking, writing and interpreting Spanish, French, Portuguese or Mandarin Chinese are strongly encouraged to apply.
