Sr. Technical Trainer
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house network security, penetration, and intrusion methods. Prepares in-house training programs and training materials; determines methodology; creates scenario exercises for a lab based environment; coordinates training aides; and develops course content in close conjunction with specialized requirements. The subject matter of these courses will be inclusive but not limited to: validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size route and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. Curriculum includes basic mitigation of security threats, introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology, and performance-based skills. Candidate must also design prerequisite, mid-term, and final evaluation criteria to determine the effectiveness of the training and the readiness of the students. Continuously refines and revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements, student feedback and emerging technology. The course developer shall have a solid background in computer network infrastructure and systems. Individual will be required to provide lecture and hands-on training as needed.
