Management Concepts, Inc., is currently recruiting for a well-rounded, hands-on Sr. Product Marketing Manager who has proven experience and extensive knowledge in the management and execution of new product launches.

This seasoned professional will define marketing requirements, product positioning, and develop marketing strategies and programs. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing go-to-market plans and provide sales enablement toolkits, competitive landscape analysis, and other marketing support for the assigned product portfolio. This position works closely with product management, corporate marketing, and sales to design campaigns to drive revenue.

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will have a demonstrated success in developing, executing and managing marketing programs across various channels. The ideal candidate must be an effective strategist and communicator who takes a hands-on approach in the execution of product marketing programs. This role will take the lead in establishing, directing and executing all marketing activities, budgeting, and research to support product growth. This position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with corporate marketing, sales, product management, and divisional staff.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
? Develop a deep understanding of the training industry as it relates to the Federal Government, with a particular focus on the leadership and supervision training needs of the market.
? Lead product marketing strategy to ensure that revenue, client growth, and product satisfaction goals are achieved.
? Define and own marketing plans for assigned product portfolio and make recommendations for all marketing activities to include, but not limited to, direct mail, tradeshows, email, electronic, PR, broadcast media, print advertising, and social media marketing.
? Develop, execute, and manage the corresponding budget for assigned product portfolio to ensure profit margins are met.
? Ensure solid product messaging and positioning and drive the development of offers across the customer lifecycle.
? Draft, enhance and maintain all product marketing content.
? Communicate product marketing and sales roadmap to ensure cross-team alignment and understanding.
? Develop and produce outside sales toolkits and inbound call center readiness materials including, but not limited to, sales presentations, electronic demos, and sales collateral.
? Develop thought leadership platforms to showcase unique capabilities such as development of white papers, web seminars, and identify high profile speaking engagements for product and portfolio experts/SMEs.
? Report ongoing business results through key metrics and KPIs.
? Coordinate internal and external resources to design and produce marketing promotions.
? Performs other duties as assigned.



Required Skills:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
? 10+ years of demonstrated experience in product marketing in a service-related industry.
? Bachelor?s degree required.
? Familiar with direct and database marketing best practices.
? Strategic orientation with a tactical focus.
? A high-level of drive, discipline, creativity and motivation.
? Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
? An ability to work in a fast-paced, change-oriented team environment.
? Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with internal stakeholders and marketing team
? Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, budgeting and decision-making skills
? Capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
? Ability to negotiate with external vendors
? Excellent computer skills (MS, Word, MS Excel (including Pivot tables), MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook).
