We are seeking a Senior Financial Manager specializing in Procure-to-Pay to work with our federal client at Fort Belvoir. If you are qualified and interested in this position, please apply online today for immediate ior Financial Management Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management of Information Systems Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management of Information Systems* A minimum 5 years of work experience in at least 3 Procure-to-Pay sub-process areas* A minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Procure to Pay including functional requirement definition, review, and testing * SAP Certification in PROCURE-TO-PAY modules Experience in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) or OMB A-123 implementation requirements, approaches, and industry interpretation * Experience developing SOX or A-123 project / program plans and assisting in remediation efforts, designing, and executing testing strategies and developing documentation* Experience in detailed audit program preparation for operational, financial, and IT audits * CDFM, CFE, CGFM, CIA, CPA, or eligible to sit for the CPA exams * CISA or demonstrated equivalent experience * Project / Program Management experience * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)* Federal Accounting and Financial Management experience * Previous Management Consulting firm experience * Exceptional oral and written communication skills * Risk Decision Analytics, Data Analysis, and Six Sigma Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
