Responsibilities:
Generate new opportunities for the sales pipeline by setting qualified face-to-face meetings with identified management executives at targeted companies. Obtain business intelligence on targeted prospects utilizing various methods to include cold calling, warm lead follow-up and analyst briefings. Document details of identified opportunities to clearly communicate situation and account profile (including management org charts) for sales personnel and management. Must be willing to spend the majority of your time performing outbound calls. Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities. Must be constantly striving for self-improvement and possess the curiosity to stay abreast of industry and market trends by utilizing various research organizations, sales books, and collateral.
Requirements:
Recent college grad, or 2-3 years of relevant experience Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel College degree preferred Additional languages specifically Spanish, French and/or German beneficial
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission. Salary commensurate with experience. First year expected earnings up to $70K, no cap. Opportunity for advancement within the sales organization. This includes direct software sales via inside sales and eventually an outside account executive role.
In Addition:
The company offers a competitive compensation package with no cap on earnings potential. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package to include Medical, Dental and Vision eligible on the first day of employment, 100% paid Life, Short-term and Long-term Disability, FSA up to $5,000 for each Healthcare and Dependent Care, and a 401(k) match that is 50% up to the first 6% of total compensation.
