Requirements Analyst
The desired candidate will work with clients and business partners to understand their business needs, vision, and strategy; Analyst translates the business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for implementation by the software development team and for acceptance of testing; be the primary documenter and reviewer of requirements during the gathering phase to maintain quality, consistency, and thoroughness; defines the foundation for product development after thorough analysis by capturing detailed descriptions of user needs and functional processes rquired to develop or modify a software product.
Requirements:
Act independently under minimum supervision in all aspects of work; possess a comprehensive knowledge on best practices of the requirements process and the entire product life-cycle; demonstrate proven leadership skills in providing technical and administrative counsel to peers, including review of work products for correctness and consistency; provide advanced technical and analytical techniques based on client requirements. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, and preferred knowledge of HTML and basic web design tools. Specialized experience using requirements modeling methodology, such as UML, is highly desired. Specialized experience in data modeling a plus.
