Project Lead\ PMO Support

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated, self starter to perform project leadership activities as well as provide PMO support the Boeing Program Manager for a classified program in Northern Virginia. Project Support Lead applicant will be a key interface and resource for the leadership teams within the program. In addition, the Project Support candidate will be staff support to an IPT lead. The IPT includes the Configuration Management Team, Web Team, Program Security and Enterprise Training. Applicant will create, analyze and present weekly and monthly performance reporting packages. Lead and participate in Program Process Improvement (PI) and Risk Management Teams. Perform other Project lead duties as assigned by Program Manager (PM). Uses ingenuity and innovation to compile or create complex reports for management reviews and tracking performance to plan. Applicants should have a get the job done well attitude. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required. A strong process improvement focus coupled with attention to customer satisfaction. The ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible to changing requirements. Excellent analytical and communication abilities. Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and line management. Candidate should be proficient in using the following tools: MS Office Suite (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Excel) as well as SharePoint.

Typical Education/Experience
Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 - Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other Job related information
Candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret security clearance pre-start.
