Make a Difference Program/Project Management (Project Manager) Level 4 (TS/SCI) Washington DC Metro Area PARSONS/McMunn Associates, Inc. Parsons/MAI looking for an experienced Program/Project Management (Project Manager) to perform day-to-day management of overall contract support operations or delivery order projects, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations. Contractor will also organize, direct and coordinate the planning and production of contract support activities or the delivery order to be managed. This individual will develop plans, schedules, and resource estimates for projects and programs using established project management standards and establish and alter (as necessary) management structure to direct effective contract support activities or assigned delivery order projects.
This is a proposal effort and pending award is anticipated to be available approximately 01 January 2012.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent
- 11 to 14 years of specialized experience
- Subject Matter Expert skills and abilities to support PACOM Staff Support.
- Support substantive leadership and active participation in PA Readiness Assessments and Intelligence Campaign Planning.
- Familiar with METRICS with application to PACOM Operational Plans and contingencies.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills at varying levels within the organization.
- Working knowledge of the PACOM AOR and how to travel in the area.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques for enhancing customer support.
- CLEARANCE: A current TS clearance with SCI access is required.
