Parsons/MAI looking for an experienced Planning, Policy, & Business Analysis (Senior Facility Planner) to a dvise and assist with strategic planning, policy and business analysis: develop government mission and vision statements; perform trade studies and assess trades between functionality and security risk management; develop process improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts; translate operational requirements and mission needs into technical terminology and specifications; formulate internal and/or external policy; provide assessment and recommendations of new policy or changes. Develop, apply, and validate operational metrics and performance risk assessments. Advise on the planning, design, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, buildings, and facilities dedicated to the geospatial intelligence enterprise.
This is a proposal effort and pending award is anticipated to be available approximately 01 January 2012.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent - 11 to 14 years of specialized experience
- Experience incorporating human factors into workstation/workspace design.
- Be fully competent in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge or experience in imagery analysis, including imagery exploitation, related equipment/tools, and methods of operations.
- CLEARANCE: A current TS clearance with SCI access is required.
Desired:
- Briefing skills and customer relations.
- Knowledge of system furniture layouts and facility standards used at each site.
SALARY: Will Depend on Specific Background and Experience
