What you need to succeed in the Exclusive Agent Training Program:
Three to five years of solid outside sales/and or business related experience.
Excellent credit.
Previous Small Business ownership is desired.
A Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates must have or be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance sales licenses before they start the program.
Excellent time management skills with a strong self-directed orientation.
Demonstrated leadership skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed are also critical to your success.
