Electronic & Mission Systems (E&MS) is the newest division in Network and Space Systems and brings together BD vertical capabilities across electronics and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems a sizable and growing market both domestically and internationally. Products and services within E&MS include ship-based signals intelligence systems; tactical intelligence aircraft; digital signal processing software and hardware; and novel networking and communications architectures. The E&MS business development team has an outstanding opportunity to help BDS continue to increase sales in this important market. This Sales and Marketing Representative is a highly visible position and is accountable to the Senior Director Business Development Electronic Emissions Systems. The selected individual will support the breadth of E&MS Business Development Organization in Marketing and will have responsibility for developing key program and product marketing strategies, initiating, creating, and maintaining marketing materials and presentations. This position will spearhead and integrate customer-focused marketing plans and ensure flawless execution of strategic customer engagements. By working with E&MS BD leaders and key N&SS partners, this Marketing representative will oversee continuity in messaging and branding. The candidate will be an active participant in the development and implementation of marketing materials and strategies for tradeshows and external events through partnering with the division BD teams to ensure alignment with BDS and E&MS BD marketing objectives. This individual will orchestrate the business development linkage with the division communications and customer relations teams along with other functional teams as needed. The successful applicant will have demonstrated success in marketing and sales for a diverse product set and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills are a must.

Level 4 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 5 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
