Sr. Manager Enterprise Marketing Job Profile and Description: The Sr. Manager Enterprise Marketing will manage marketing programs and initiatives relating to driving Corning MobileAccessâ?T enterprise strategy and annual segment/vertical targets including conceptualizing, planning, and implementing all campaigns, offers, programs and sales support. The Sr. Manager Enterprise Marketing is responsible for defining and delivering an Enterprise marketing plan that combines an in-depth understanding of the market, competitive and customer value-chain for the segment and our key target verticals. Additionally, the Sr. Manager Enterprise Marketing is responsible for content creation and delivery as it relates to the overall Enterprise marketing plan, including the development of value proposition and messaging to Corning MobileAccessâ?T key vertical. The Sr. Manager Enterprise Marketing will also manage a cross-functional team in delivering certain elements of the Enterprise marketing plan. Essential Functions: * Develops and delivers annual Enterprise and Vertical marketing plans. * Develops and executes content plan to educate the Enterprise buyer, provide key messaging and marketing collateral and demand generation tools for the Distribution channels to drive sales. * Defines the specific Enterprise persona value proposition for Corning MobileAccess products with the product marketing and management teams * Provides detail segment and vertical analysis and program results to senior management. * Manages the Enterprise marketing budget and optimize spend on effective marketing programs. * Manages a cross functional and cross business unit team for planning and execution of a marketing plan for the upcoming year.Duties and Responsibilities * Design and implement Enterprise and Vertical program launches for sales channels. * Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Product Managers to determine customer or user requirements and provide customer segment input in to the product and marketing requirements documentation including go-to-market pricing and positioning. * Develop sales tools for our channel partners to effectively position and message our product line against the competition. * Generate segment and vertical messaging, content and marketing collateral including case studies, whitepapers, FAQs, feature or benefit sheets to support product and partner communications. * Develop standardized sales presentations, proposals, and scripts for our Enterprise sales channel. * Craft and manage marketing programs with all Enterprise channels, including GE Healthcare, Cisco and Distributors. Education and Qualification: * Bachelorâ?Ts degree in marketing, business or other technology field. Masters of Business Administration preferred * 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B product marketing or product management role * Demonstrated knowledge of wireless industry, including cellular carrier landscape and networks and a solid understanding of RF principals * Knowledge of sales, marketing and product development processes * Proven program and project management skills * Strong leadership and sales support skills * Proven ability to develop effective relationships and operate with senior level management * Demonstrated problem-solving skills and excellent analytical capabilities * Possess, communications, and presentation skills * Samples of presentations, white papers and other marketing materials authored by the applicant will be required * Roughly 25% travel required
