Description Job Description Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge.
â?¢Meet and greet SPG members as they arrive. â?¢Set up breakfast buffet in lounge. â?¢Replenish food as need on the buffet. â?¢Clean, clear and reset tables in Club Lounge as SPG members finish their meal. â?¢Assist SPG members with internet access, printing or fax needs with equipment provided in the Club Lounge. â?¢Provide any assistance needed by SPG members in regards to transportation, area attractions, dining needs or general information. â?¢Break down and remove food items from buffet. â?¢Reset CLub Lounge tables and buffet for next dining period. â?¢Provide feed back to culinary department in regards to comments about quality of food or variety. â?¢Ensure Club Lounge is continually kept in a "show room" fashion = always presentable. â?¢Comply with unit and brand procedures and standards. â?¢Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. â?¢Lifting may include equipment or furniture weighting up to 100 lbs
â?¢Experience, Skills and Knowledge â?¢Hotel experience preferred. â?¢Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and reaching upward. â?¢Some exposure to cleaning chemicals. â?¢Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. â?¢Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers and patrons. â?¢Must have the ability to communicate in English.
