Now interviewing Occupational Therapists in support of the Psychological Health and Traumatic Brain Injury Program at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
The ideal candidate will:
Provide a full range of occupational therapy services in support of the PH/TBI and related concomitant co morbidities/disabilities.
Evaluates all referred patients to determine current levels of function/dysfunction. • Plan and implement complex goal-oriented treatment plans.
Teaches compensatory techniques for accomplishing self-care and work tasks regardless of disabilities.
Technically direct and train therapy assistants and aides in the care and treatment of patients and the proper completion of standardized procedures.

Requirements:
Possess a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited Occupational Therapy program/institute.
A minimum of one year professional experience within the preceding three years working as an Occupational Therapist.
Possess current and unrestricted license from one of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
