Kforce is seeking an experienced Financial Manager for a Fort Belvoir client. Tasks will include: * Prepare Civilian Pay budget projections * Prepare Civilian Pay budget exhibits to meet internal agency and OSD timelines * Prepare extensive payroll analysis and charting using Microsoft Excel * Perform complex analytical and problem solving * Prepare Manage to Budget for Civilian Pay monthly and ad hoc reports to meet agency internal timelines * Manage civilian pay related accounts to meet monthly deadlines * Prepare budget presentations for senior leadership * Respond to ad hoc requests for information or analysisFinancial Management Qualifications: * Should have 6+ years of experience in performing budget formulation, analysis, and/or budget execution management tasks for government organizations * Requires strong analytical and presentation skills to support the clients' Program and Budget Manpower Teams to include providing general budget office support * Should also have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite * The ideal candidate would have experience with DoD Budget Systems and Payroll Costing methodology * A BA / BS Degree is required Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
