- Work with all areas of the Bureau including the librarians, editors and intake personnel on a daily basis on the recording and archiving of material - Ensure that all video content of archival value has associated editorial information (metadata) and implement proper labeling conventions - Manage the process of sub-clipping materials using AVID and subclip as required - Coordinate with Washington assignment desk and EJ to assign available resources - Serve as a liaison between NY/DC desks and SAT OPS, troubleshooting all feed related issues when needed - Prioritize and coordinate the digitizing of existing library tapes - Capture feeds as needed - Coordinate the logging of media clips with Washington desk and log as needed
