Job Description:* Lead team of Quality Analysts providing software testing services focused on test planning, analysis, design, construction, execution and evaluation of results. Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers on various aspects of the quality assurance life cycle and best practices Providing direct technical supervision to assigned staff which includes hiring, establishing and tracking goals and objectives, assigning workload, training and facilitating the performance review process. Evaluates and implements training and development needs for team. Work with other QA Leads in developing and controlling standard test processes and practices. Working closely with all functional areas (Tech Ops, business, Development team, Project managers) to ensure that the software products meet the needs of customers and that the projects are prioritized and staffed appropriately. Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, to include contribution to performance reviews and career development of project team members Planning and tracking of QA cycles within the overall product life cycle Provide leadership on implementation, debugging, delivery, maintenance, and evolution of automated tests and testing frameworks. Driving and performing automated testing efforts, priorities, test execution, and testing reports. Strong teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical subject matter to other engineers and testers. Develop and track detailed project plans and provide detailed reports of progress against plan to include quality metrics. Responsible for all Test Tool evaluation, development and support in configuration management activities. Responsible for functional duties assigned by direct manager.
