Active Directory Engineer
This position is for an Active Directory (AD) engineer to maintain an AD infrastructure supporting 3500 users. In addition the environment must support Microsoft Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Server, and connections to other Active Directory environments supporting 22,000+ users.
Experience Requirements
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) on Windows 2003
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows Server 2003/2008
5+ Years experience in industry
Required Skill Set
Technical management of Active Directory infrastructure including Exchange environment
Configure and manage trust relationships between active directory implementations
Strong technical proficiency with multi-domain/multi-forest environments
Implementation and administration of DNS, DHCP, WINS
Ability to administer Windows 2003 and 2008 mixed environment
Design and implement Active Directory solutions for single sign on, multi-forest support, and migration to new Active Directory environments
Troubleshoot and maintain Active Directory server environment
Self-motivated individual capable of working in small team environment
Understanding of switching, routing, firewalls, and other network infrastructure
Configure and manage services for load balancing, high availability, and performance optimization
Documentation of existing topology and configurations
24x7 Availability for system support
Additional Skills
Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 administration
Experience with Blackberry Enterprise Server

5+ Years experience in industry
Required Skill Set
Technical implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange infrastructure
Optimize environment design for performance.
Understanding of interactions between Exchange mail environment and non-Exchange mail environments
Troubleshooting and problem solving with Exchange mail system
User support on message routing and mailbox management problems
Design and implementation of new Exchange solutions to meet evolving user requirements
Administration of Windows 2003 Server and Active Directory environment
Ability to support Exchange account/mailbox migrations to new server infrastructure and new active directory environment
Self-motivated individual capable of working in small team environment
Understanding of switching, routing, firewalls, and other network infrastructure
